Hydrafacials at Aayna Clinic

I think that there’s nothing more beautiful than a woman who is confident about walking out of the house to run errands or go in for a meeting without make up. Going make up free for a little while can help your skin tremendously to heal and breathe.

Well, I decided to embrace the au natural look and go #makeupfree for a fortnight post my #hydrafacial at Aayna Spa and loved it. I didn’t have to worry about removing traces of mascara at the end of the day. My skin was breathing and it felt better and there was no redness or breakouts that are often associated with clogged pores.

Our skin is the largest organ in the body and is exposed to more toxins than we realise. From environmental pollution, chemicals from cosmetics as well as stress and sun damage, these things tend to wreak havoc on our skin and it starts to show with dullness, premature ageing, spots and discolouration.

We should start taking care of the skin around our face and neck in our 20’s with an easy to follow regimen that includes daily sunscreen application, cleansing toning, moisturising and make sure to sweat everyday. Sweating, releases toxins and build up from the body and results in luminous, healthier skin that glows from the inside out.

I tried the hydrafacial at Aayna clinic for first time when they launched almost two years ago and went back twice after that for follow ups. I have to say that I am extremely pleased with the results. The process is systematic, absolutely painless and employs the highest hygiene standards.

The treatment starts with a skin consultation and incorporates a powerful combination of serums containing lactic acid, salicylic acid, glycolic acid and hyaluronic acid to yield the best results. The process has about 5 different steps from cleansing, peel, extraction, hydration followed by protection. This treatment usually takes between 30-45 minutes to complete and is carried out by an experienced therapist. The treatment involves cupping to remove blackheads, whiteheads and toxins- leaving behind skin that is healthy, radiant and smooth to touch.

Those of you with sensitive skin don’t need to fret because this treatment requires absolutely no downtime at all and can be done during lunch break. Unlike other facials, you only need to come in for a hydrafacial once every couple of months. It costs about 6200 per session but Aayna is offering a discount for those of you who buy 4 treatments get one complimentary.

I highly recommend it to everyone particularly people with dry skin who can benefit from this deeply hydrating ritual. Please avoid swimming, face washes and sun exposure for about 6-12 hours post the treatment. Remember to apply sunscreen a few times a day everyday following the treatment and re-apply it if you go into the water or sweat during a workout.

I wrote about my first experience with the hydrafacial for Elle India here

I left the clinic with a visible reduction in my under eye bags, my face seemed less red and irritated and the acne scars were a lot less prominent. The best part, however, was that my face was hydrated and it was baby soft. I know that it will only get better with regular sittings and I will keep you posted on my progress on Instagram.

Making tracks in an opposite direction from the furious life in the city for the most part requires a ton of arranging. You have to take some time off work, make appointments furthermore make sense of what you need to do amid your get-away. All things considered, not any longer. Visit: Day Packages Around Delhi
